Creating Health - Through the 7 Chakras & Seven Dimension of Your Energy Field
This is a 14 class long series in two parts.
You can commit to the entire process, or sign on for Part I and chose to go on to Part II.
Part I : Creating Health Through the 7 Chakras
Each evening or morning-afternoon segment we will focus on one of the seven chakras including:
- Learning to spin and clear the colour of your chakras
- discussion of the psychological function of each chakra
- Mantra chanting and musical note that resonates the chakra
- Moving to drum music that stimulates that chakra frequency
- Questions to explore the state of health the chakra is in
- Closing meditation.
- During the weekend workshops you get a bonus segment the last Sunday afternoon to integrate all 7 chakras together. Ottawa evening participants are welcome to attend this grand-finale!
By the end of the class series you will be more able to feel your own chakras, recognize which areas need continued work, and have the tools to do that work.
You will have strengthened your energy muscles enough to proceed to the work in Class II. Each class includes personal guidance and feedback from Shelley.

Part II: Creating Health through the 7 Dimensions of Your Energy Field
Each evening or morning-afternoon segment we will focus on one of the seven dimensions of your aura including:
- Spinning all seven chakras as they appear on that level of the field
- Discussion of one dimension of the field
- Personal health assessment of yourself on that level
- Exercises, questions, and discussion to explore issues blocking your health and wholeness
- Energetic journey to each dimension to experience it for yourself!
- Weekend workshops in Wakefield includes a bonus segment where we will journey deeper to the Hara and Core Star levels beneath the Aura. Ottawa participants are welcome to attend this grand-finale!
The aim of this class is to take a health inventory of your life and discover your areas of weakness and strength.
You will gain new tools to help you increase awareness and create more balance in your life.
