Chakra Healing Day
Fee: $98+tax
Location: Chelsea, Quebec, ½ hour from Downtown Ottawa.
- Spend a day in retreat digging deeper into each of your chakras with an experienced Healer and Yoga Teacher.
- Our day starts with a gentle yoga practice to open the body.
- Practice exercises to charge, clear, and tune into the state of your chakras.
- Learn chakra tones and mantras to vibrationally resonate each chakra.
- Rest into your true being-recharge, relax, and reveal.
- A lovely day in the country to relax in the company of others and find your true colours.
- Healthy lunch included.

Awaken your awareness of your subtle body, take your knowledge of the chakras from book learning to a felt experience in your body. Learn ways to feel and perceive your own chakras. Iin each class we will focus on one of the 7 chakras, or energy centres in the spine.
For each chakra we will:
- Examine its health through questions, introspection, and journaling (bring a notebook)
- Do some easy yoga poses to open and stimulate it
- Resonate it with sound and mantra
- Clear and charge it with colour
- Use dance and movement to embody its essence
- Finish with a meditation to integrate it with all 7 chakras

Welcome to a guided tour through your psyche! Dive into a deeper awareness of your life purpose by discovering your Sacred Contract and the Archetypal energies that are guiding your life and relationships. I was so powerfully moved when I listened to Caroline Myss’s CD lecture series on this subject, I just had to share it with others! Though many of us have picked up her book “Sacred Contracts”, we don’t usually put in the time and effort to take full advantage of this powerful tool for self-understanding.
- We will listen to the CD series to digest the material with discussion afterwards.
- Throughout out the workshop I will help participants to read the archetypal energy patterns playing out in their lives and to interpret the myths and stories that point to their gifts and challenges in this life.
- We will cast your unique birth wheel of the 12 archetypes that you are channelling your life purpose through.
- I will offer my insights to you through my ability to “read” your energy field and the energy patterns you carry.
- By the end of the course you will have discerned the 12 archetypes that map out the story of your life, and learn to work with these energies more consciously to empower you on your path.
Not to be missed! A deep journey of self-understanding and revelation that will elevate you to a whole new perspective on your life and your agreements with others. You will refer back to your archetypal chart again and again as you continue your journey of self-understanding.
