Shelley Harrison's private healing practice is Dove Heart Healing.
She has been practicing Energy Healing for 12 years, including her 4 years of training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH) in the U.S. where she graduated in 1999.
Her practice also includes Craniosacral Therapy, as taught by the Upledger Institute in Florida, which she has been practicing for 14 years.
She is the only Plant Spirit Medicine practitioner in the Ottawa area taught by author and initiated Marakame (shaman) in the Huichol Tradition, Eliot Cowan.
Shelley has a profound ability to presence herself in grace with her clients, and to go straight to the heart of the matter, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Her treatments offer clients the opportunity to journey toward who they are truly meant to be in this life and to understand and bring forth the gifts they have to offer, while meeting their learning opportunities experienced in the form of dis-ease.
She has a strong alignment with community living and the values of traditional indigenous people. She is an active member of the Sacred Fire Community and holds monthly fire gatherings at her home.
Shelley lives in the Gatineau Hills just outside Ottawa, with her beloved dog Aster, and all the wild plants and people she has befriended.
